It was my first time using this skin and beauty salon. The lovely Dr Caroline (and all of her colleagues) made me feel at ease. Dr Caroline explained everything in great detail and the safety review (to ensure treatment is not harmful) was very thorough. To quote a well overused phrase “I’ll be back!”
