Eyebrow Microblading in St Albans, Potters Bar, Hatfield and across Hertfordshire.

Microblading is a semi permanent eyebrow tattoo, where fine lines of ink are added to your natural brows, providing you great shape, density and fullness. A semi permanent eyebrow tattoo will last you around 2-3 years and looks completely natural.

Having Microblading will allow you to sleep, swim, perspire, cry, wash and touch your face and all the normal things we do in life, without the need to worry about smudging brow pencil.

If you look in the mirror and you don’t like your eyebrows, then you will certainly benefit from Microblading. It will help you:

Improve the shape, definition and brow density
Lengthen and thicken your brow appearance
Improve the colour of your brows
Replace your brows that have been lost due to chemotherapy, alopecia or, other medical conditions

Frequently Asked Questions About Microblading

What is the Microblading Treatment Process?

Step 1  You will need to a have a complimentary consultation to make sure a Microblading treatment is a good fit for you (after all it’s a semi permanent tattoo). The consultation will last about 15-30 mins, and it’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and speak with the therapist about any concerns you may have and the eyebrows you would like to have. For those that then wish to continue and have the treatment, a skin patch test will be carried out.

Step 2  The 2 hr treatment will commence with one of our professionally qualified consultants taking your face measurements.

The area where the treatment will take place will be drawn onto your skin so that you can physically see the shape we are aiming to achieve for you. Once you have approved the shape we will begin your treatment.

The treatment itself is very similar to a tattoo, so numbing gel can be used to ensure minimum discomfort.

Throughout your treatment you will be consulted, and at any point if your feel uncomfortable or concerned, you can stop/pause the procedure.

Step 3  Microblading is a 2 treatment process. The second treatment takes place around 4-7 weeks after your first treatment and will last around 1 – 1.5 hours. This treatment is specifically designed to rectify and fill in any aspects of the tattoo that may not have taken first time around. It is common for the skin to reject small parts of the fine lines, this leaves tiny pin prick gaps that need to be touched up.

Is the treatment permanent?

Results will last around 2-3 years

Can I have the treatment if I am pregnant?

No. Pregnant mums to be should not have a tattoo procedure.

Does Microblading Hurt?

We want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as is possible throughout your Microblading procedure, so local anaesthetic cream is recommended as standard. Most of our clients choose not to use anything but you can let us know your preference at your initial consultation.

Will I need a skin test before the procedure?

Yes. At BeauSynergy we make sure that you are happy and safe through every step of your treatment process with us. We will undertake a useful skin test during the FREE consultation.

How long does Microblading Permanent Makeup Last?

Microblading will last between 2 – 3 years. There are some factors that will determine its longevity, which we will discuss with you during the initial consultation. It is also important to follow our advice after the procedure.

Can I bring a child with me to the appointment?

Our therapist wants to provide you the best possible eyebrows, so to avoid any unnecessary distractions we kindly ask that you do not bring any children with you as this will result in having to reschedule your appointment.

How do I prepare for the procedure?

There are some very specific foods, liquids and medications that you should avoid taking 48 hours prior to the treatment. These include:

  • Alcohol
  • Tea, Coffee and Caffeine Drinks
  • Anti Inflammatory
Can I have Microblading if I am on medication?

It will depend on the nature and type of your medication. Certain medications such as Warfarin prohibit you from having Microbladling because of the excessive bleeding.
