I love coming here and Marina is wonderful. This is my Jowl lift review – They are so professional, very thorough and just generally lovely. Julie on reception is great and Jacqui remembers me also. The treatment selection is really well thought out and technically advanced. This week a piece of equipment (the Ultimate non-surgical probe, apparently) broke the night before my appointment (it happens, I guess). They called me up to ask if I could re-schedule. No problem. The whole situation was very professionally and generously handled, so thank you for that. Fingers crossed we don’t hit another lockdown, because I’m really starting to see some very good results in my block of treatments. Thank you !
