Stretch Marks Removal Treatment in Hertfordshire by BeauSynergy
Do you have unwanted stretch marks on your legs, tummy, hips or arms?
Stretch marks are a widespread problem facing men and women. We often encounter stretch marks when we lose weight, post pregnancy or as a result of excessive weight training.
Stretch marks can make us feel self confident and restrict our choice of clothing, so we have to cover up our areas of concern.
At Beausynergy we use have numerous techniques for combatting the appearance of stretch marks, this includes Dermastamp / Dermapen or Dermaroller or Plasma Pen.
Dermaroller is our most common tehcnique for larger stretch marks. It’s a sterile single-use roller with tiny needles, commonly referred to as Microneedling. When applied it will penetrate into the dermis of the skin (approximately 0.1mm in width), creating tiny little wounds, where the skin has previous been stretched. These tiny little wounds cause a surge in collagen which helps the skin to repair itself and become thicker and healthier looking.
The treatment provides us visible improvements immediately after the first treatment. In turn, we then see dramatic improvements in self confidence as our skin begins to look normal.

Therapists & Clinic Awards
Our skin therapists have over 25 years experience in the skincare industry.
Beausynergy are winners of the “What Clinic 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018” for Customer Service. So you are in the best possible and safest hands.
The Dermaroller is made up of a small, solid wheel attached to a little stick that is covered with hundreds of minuscule ‘micro-medical’ needles that penetrate the skin, creating lots of tiny ‘wounds’. Your skin responds by producing extra collagen to ‘heal’ the punctures and plump up the skin to enhance the natural blood supply – so you get a natural ‘glow’.
The treatment is carried out by a highly trained therapist. A local anaesthetic cream will be applied to the treatment area to help numb / anaesthetise the skin to minimise any discomfort.
The Dermaroller and the tiny needles penetrate the skin causing thousands of small wounds. It stimulates a surge in collagen, which repairs damaged tissue.
Because the skin is sensitive after the treatment, you should avoid direct sunlight / UV for at least 2-3 weeks after your treatment. The therapist may advise you to wear sun protection cream and fake tan should be avoided whilst you are on the course of treatments.
Immediately after your treatment, your skin may feel warmer and tighter than normal. There will be redness (similar to sunburn) which should subside in around 1-2 hours. It may take a few days for the full redness to go, but normal activities can be resumed. Make up should be avoid for the first 24 hours post treatment.
