Why You Should Consider the BeauSynergy FibroBlast Treatment
Ageing is a normal process that gets all of us eventually, some earlier than others. Talk of saggy skin around the neck, or bags under eyes and crow’s feet among other facial lines. It is a process that may leave us looking tired, angry, sad or older than we feel. Should you find yourself in such a situation, non-surgical skin improvement solutions such as Plasma Pen Fibroblast Treatment or Botox are some of the techniques that can restore your skin’s tightness and youthful appearance. Usually, the results are more dramatic for invasive approaches but less risky for the non-invasive ones.
With the techniques involving lesser and lesser invasive approaches increasing each day, it may become increasingly difficult to find the best fit. That is why I want to take you through the differences between Botox and Fibroblast, as well as the possibilities of using the latter as an alternative. If you still have questions at the end, feel free to contact us via 01707 662477 or firstname.lastname@example.org or better yet, visit our clinic at Spring Villa, Westgate, Bishop Auckland, County Durham DL13 1LG.
Is your skin showing signs of ageing?
How does Plasma Pen Fibroblast Work?
As the years go by, our skins dermal layer grows thinner, lesser collagen is produced, and the elastin fibres get worn out. These changes bring about sagging and wrinkling of the skin.
With our state of the art Plasma Pen under our highly trained technician, we force the skin tissue to contract virtually immediately by thermally disrupting the dermal solar elastosis as well as fibroblasts. This micro-trauma stimulates neo-collagenisation and helps release and activate essential proteins and growth factors like cytokine. Eventually, excess skin dries off to form tiny crusts that fall off like dandruff in just a few days. However, depending on the amount of sagging skin, sometimes it may require more than a single session.
Fibroblasting produces excellent results for eyelid treatments, forehead lines, crow’s feet, necklines, and virtually all kinds of lines on the face and neck regions.
How does Botox Work?
Wrinkles typically begin forming perpendicular to various contracting muscles directly beneath the skin. That is where the trick with Botox comes in.
When Botox is injected into the muscles, it prevents nerve impulses from reaching the tissue, hence reducing the muscle activities that cause the frown lines to appear. Now that there is no muscle contracting beneath it, the skin can no longer form wrinkles.
Fibroblast as an Alternative
Botox Cosmetic has been around longer, but Fibroblast treatment is gaining popularity for its abilities to make up for the shortcomings of Botox. Here is why.
- Botox is not ideal for facial lines that haunt you even when you completely relax your face because such wrinkles are independent of muscle movements. In such a situation, most experts would usually recommend dermal fillers. At BeauSynergy, however, we offer the much more modern Plasma Pen Fibroblast technology as well. Since fibroblast treatment does not rely on manipulating the muscle, you will definitely get good results.
- If you wish for a longer lasting effect, then Fibroblast is the way to go. Unlike the effects of Botox which last several months, Plasma Pen Fibroblast effects stick around for up to 3 years, although more than one treatment may still be necessary depending on your desired outcome.
- Some of the temporary potential adverse reactions to Botox such as dry mouth, neck pain, muscle spasms or twitching, droopy eyelids and migration of the substance are not in the Fibroblast package. I must mention, however, that these reactions do not occur in every case, and that some undesirable effects of Botox – such as swelling and redness – are equally shared with Fibroblast.
- Botox may intrude a little beyond the target region like in the case of injections to the forehead causing upper eyelids to droop temporarily. However, Plasma Pen Fibroblast is more precise and doesn’t cause droopiness.
