What to Expect from your Nutritional Therapy consultation?
Prior to the appointment you will receive a Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire to fill out and you will be asked to keep a food/lifestyle diary for three days. These will allow more time to concentrate on your goals and individual recommendations during the consultation. Within a week after the Nutritional consultation you will receive a written report with personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations that will help to optimise your nutrient intake and take into account your routine and food likes and dislikes. You will also receive recipes and if required recommendations for supplements and functional laboratory testing to gain further insight into your health.
